House Rossouw (Pringle Bay)

House Rossouw 2023

This contemporary residential architectural typology could be seen as a ‘neo-modernist’ expression. The spatial experience is open plan with focus on indoor/outdoor living while maximising views and light. It takes cognisance of its context at the foot of the Pringle Bay mountains while respecting town and streetscape character with its low profile and sensible scale which is non-intrusive to neighbour’s privacy or views while optimising the best that the site has to offer. Part of the planning process incorporates potential future development which allows for the addition of a second dwelling, should it become necessary in the future.
