It is the owner(s) intention to re-instate the original (pre-1967) three-bay façade and street fencing, correct the Watson Street roofline and parapet cornice, while addressing ill-considered fenestration type, proportion and placement. In order to facilitate more office space, it is also proposed to add a top-floor space to the rear portion of the roof area (on top of the 1967 addition), with setback from Breë Street façade. General maintenance and refurbishment are also intended.
